Manager -Technology Learning and Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a technology learning and development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Assess the current technical skills of employees and identify gaps and training needs.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules on various technology topics.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology and incorporate them into training programs.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping of all training activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized training programs as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on technology training.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the impact of training programs.
- Familiarity with tech learning platforms such as Udemy
