PositionOverview:

We are seeking anexperienced Affiliate Program Manager to lead and optimize ouraffiliate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have atleast 5 years of experience and a proven record of deliveringresults in developing and scaling successful affiliate programs.This position is crucial for helping our company expand rapidly andensure alignment between our brand and affiliatepartners.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive affiliatemarketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenuetargets.
  • Identify recruit and onboard newaffiliates focusing on partnerships that align with our brandvalues and target audience.
  • Manage and nurturerelationships with existing affiliates providing ongoing supportand communication.
  • Analyze affiliateperformance data and key metrics to optimize campaigns forcontinuous improvement.
  • Collaborate withmarketing sales and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliateinitiatives.
  • Conduct regular training foraffiliates to enhance their performance and understanding of ourservices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends toidentify new growth opportunities.
  • Create andmanage budgets for affiliate programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or arelated field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience inaffiliate marketing or program management with a proven record ofdelivering results.
  • Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellentcommunication and relationshipbuildingskills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketingsoftware and tracking tools.
  • Selfmotivatedorganized and able to manage multipleprojects.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with affiliate marketing softwarelike Impact or ShareASale.
  • Previous experiencemanaging affiliate programs for SaaS or digitalservices.
  • Strong ability to problemsolve andstreamline processes.
