Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

Location: Gurgaon, IndiaCompany: Protein WorldSalary- Upto 5lpa to 8lpa (based on experience)

About Protein WorldProtein World is an international lifestyle and nutrition brand known for its innovative health products. We’re looking for a dynamic Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to expand our e-commerce sales through strategic collaborations with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners. This role is key to growing our presence across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and affiliate platforms.

Key Responsibilities• Affiliate Program Management:• Identify and onboard new affiliates to the Protein World program.• Provide affiliates with marketing materials and regular updates on campaigns and products.• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize for increased sales and brand visibility.• Influencer & Creator Outreach:• Build and manage relationships with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive product sales and engagement.• Negotiate contracts and ensure all deliverables are met.• Partnership Development:• Develop collaborations with complementary brands and organizations for cross-promotions.• Manage the negotiation, execution, and tracking of partnership agreements.• Tech & Campaign Management:• Use affiliate software platforms and tools to track campaign success.• Work with Shopify and CRM tools (like Klaviyo) to implement and monitor affiliate campaigns.• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

What You’ll Need• People Skills:• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.• Comfortable negotiating and working with diverse partners.• Tech-Savvy:• Experience or ability to quickly learn affiliate marketing platforms and Shopify.• Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.• Experience:• 1-3 years in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or partnerships (preferred).• Freshers with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for brand growth are welcome to apply.• Mindset:• A self-starter with a proactive approach to work.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
