Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for running complex projects Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time & on budget Provide governance and controls to all project financials to include developing business cases Keep all projects on track escalating decisions to executive sponsors as necessary Organizing the design and development of the Project Ensure risk management strategies are followed and reviewed within guidelines. He/she must make sure proper project management standards and rigor is applied Detect and solve project issues effectively Supervise the project management team Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsor & project stakeholders; conducts regularly scheduled briefings/status updates Prepares and/or provides project reporting, metrics, scorecards, etc. Partners with key stakeholders to identify project inter-dependencies that may influence project success. Supports team in distributing project information to executive management, and key stakeholders. Create an environment that breeds trust and collaboration with others. Exhibit a strategic business focus with a customer-focused perspective. Recognize areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them. He/she must make sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedures Evaluation of impact for multiple simultaneous, complex projects Maintain awareness of significant changes impacting the business, both internally and externally, and ensure appropriate actions to accommodate or address within ongoing effortsRequired Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Masters Degree (. CA, ICWA, and MBA) with 8 years of post-qualification experience Working knowledge of various aspects of International Payment Processing Operations. Working/Expert Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO & international payment conventions & practices is a must. Preferable :Knowledge on VAM, Wallet, Merchant services, Blockchain, API Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels. Excellent written & oral communication skills in English. Proven leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to build strong business relationships within the site and across the business. A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate. Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues. An acute client focus. Strong PC, project management, and analytical skills. Experience of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met. Project Management/ Implementation / Technology experience would be a plus.-
