Responsibilities:

• Receives and processes patient admission intoour agencys EMR system for home healthservices.
• Coordinates care by assigning casemanager and clinician to ensure 48 houradmission.
• Follow up on inquiries related tothe patient admission and staffavailability.
• Assists in establishing theinitial Plan of Care and plotting of tasks to staffschedule.
• Data Entry using EMR (Kinnser) Securemessages application Gmail google doc office (Adobe andExcel).
• Provides outstanding customerservice.
• Answer incoming calls and placeoutbound calls.
• Answers intake calls explainingservices and settingappointments.
• Scheduling/reschedulingappointments managing 15 calendars.
• Assistsnursing therapists and administrative team asneeded.
• Performs other duties of a similarnature or level.

Desired Skills &Knowledge:

• Must be aNursing graduate or an undergraduate (completed at least 2 years oftertiary education) with at least 6 months of voiceexperience
• Good English communicationskillsboth written and spoken
• Strong phoneskills for inbound/outbound calling
• Strongadministrative skillsaccurate typing and spelling are essential tothis role
• Hospital or medical office experienceis preferred but not required
• Familiarity withmedical terminology is an advantage
• Ability towork with computers and different software packages (e.g. MSOffice)
• Ability to enter in large amounts ofdata into systems
• Ready to take newresponsibilities and growprofessionally
• Willing to ask questions andwork as a part of the team even remotelylocated
• Available for occasional overtimework
• Willing to startASAP
• Willing to work fulltime nightshift
• Looking for a longtermposition
