Brand Communication – Circle Operations Head

Job Purpose

To lead the Brand Communication efforts for all Clusters along with the Cluster Brand Leads.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Be the Key person in Corporate team for all Cluster Brand Leads to coordinate with – for Rollout of Corporate campaigns and for Planning and Execution of circle campaigns Build, Manage and Roll out Circle budgets ensuring adherence to all guidelines and processes, along with Cost Efficiencies Work closely with respective Campaign Leads and media teams on all circle campaigns through rigorous tracking, analysis and reporting Monitor and manage circle communicaton calendar to ensure we drive efficiencies at corporate level. Work with cross- functional and leadership teams at corporate and circle levels to manage cluster campaigns and salience efforts. Quarterly reviews with the agencies on the work done and a competitive analysis to develop benchmarks and way forwards

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Strategic thinking and knowledge of fundamentals of brand building Creative thinking Collaboration Leadership Process orientation

Experience of 10-12 years in total of which 4+ years in a similar role in telecom.

High level of analytical skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications
