Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD. This is a senior-level, full-time position located in Palakkad district, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Idukki, Wayanad, and Kottayam. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or HR industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in managing front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery over a minimum of 7 years in a similar capacity.
  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Exceptional ability to provide excellent service and establish positive rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team, fostering a high-performance culture in a front office setting.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying issues quickly and implementing strategic solutions to enhance front office efficiency.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and operational goals.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of front office operations and documentation.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong ability to handle conflicts and resolve complaints amicably and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front office operations, ensuring optimal client service levels and streamlined processes.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate front office staff to maintain a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve service quality to meet client expectations.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage escalations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless coordination in service delivery.
  • Monitor front office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate levels are maintained for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on front office performance to senior management for strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of professionalism and service quality.
