Job Overview

Illusion Dental Laboratory is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition to join our team in Mumbai. This is a mid-level, full-time position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. As an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and sourcing top talent, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Proven track record of successfully filling positions and sourcing top talent through various channels.
  • Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Expertise in utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates for different positions.
  • Talent Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies to retain top talent.
  • Interviewing: Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Onboarding: Ability to design and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
  • HR Policies: Knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Assessment: Proficiency in using various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate competency and potential.
  • Employment Law: Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment and hiring activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise on recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and facilitating their integration into the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and employment laws to ensure compliance in all talent acquisition activities.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the current and future hiring needs of the organization.
