YOUR TASKS
PCB Layout Design Experience of 8 -12years– preferably using CADENCE toolchain for layout and Candence concept HDL
PCB footprint and Schematic symbolcreation- preferably using CADENCE toolchain
Good Knowledgeof thermal management, Power integrity, Signal Integrity, EMI/EMC issues.
PCB Layout designfor Power Electronics applications, Thermal Dissipation, Heat Sink design at boardlevel.
PCB Layout designfor RF and antenna design applications
Manufacturing Experience.
Production Data Generation - Gerber,Stencil, Pick and Place data, In Circuit Test data generation,
PCBPanelization.
Experience in coordinationwith Suppliers for PCB Manufacturing and assembly.
Knowledge aboutvarious soldering processes - e.g. Wave Soldering, SMT Reflow soldering andselective center etc.
Knowledge aboutManufacturing Quality checks e.g. ICT, AOI, X-ray etc.
Good Knowledge of Design forManufacturability, Design for Testability, Design for Assembly
Schematic symbol creation as per IEEEstandards
PCB Library creation as per IPCSM-7351.
PCB layout as per IPC 2221. Good tohave- Certified Interconnect Designer (CID) by IPC.
Good to have- experience in automotiveproduct organization.
Good to have- manufacturing plantknow-how
Good to have- CAD tools know-how forMechanical Designs- e.g. CATIA, AutoCAD,
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring delegated layout development task in accordance with stipulated methods and systems.
Coordinating with other Domains- Hardware, Mechanical Designing, Manufacturing for timely delivery.
Ensuring timely completion of tasks as a part of Global Development Network.
Carrying out specified reviews for PCB development during the whole layout development process as well as their release according to existing guidelines.
Involvement in processing of customer complaints about series development and production difficulties in agreement with those responsible, e.g. quality assurance, assembly etc.
