Job Title: Technical Lead
Location: Pune
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a group of talented developers, overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in the development process while providing technical guidance and leadership to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Architect, design, and develop software solutions that align with the project goals, best practices, and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and performance.
- Identify technical challenges and proactively propose solutions to address them.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, explore new technologies, and promote best practices to enhance the development process.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of software products.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, and effectively communicate progress and potential risks to the project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the software development industry.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech Lead or similar role, leading and mentoring development teams.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js and typescript.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Solid experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Blockchain Technology
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Understanding of mobile application development (iOS/Android) and associated frameworks.
