Summary of the job

Purpose:

· To define, coordinate and implement Supplier market data analysis for Semis & Standards category at a global level.

Focus/ Objective:

· To focus on cost, capacity and technology, market research and understanding of tier suppliers process mapping

Technical Skills:

Market Trends Identification:

· Identify and report on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities or threats.

Competitive Intelligence:

· Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

Development Support:

· Closely work with engineering to explore new technologies from suppliers and support on roadmap alignment.

Data Interpretation:

· Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the supply chain and other relevant departments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to align market data analysis with business strategies.

Market Research Support:

· Support more experienced analysts in conducting market research and competitive analysis and support business to improve BOM cost of running model and upcoming models

Market Forecasting:

· Develop sophisticated forecasting models to predict market demand and supply chain requirements accurately.

New vendor onboarding

· Scout for right supplier and onboarding them to ensure competitiveness on cost, quality, and supportability without any risk.

Qualifikationen

Demonstrated skills and abilities:

· Extensive experience in strategic sourcing with regional and a global level.

· Basic knowledge of different manufacturing methods around Semiconductor area.

· Extensive experience in Negotiation Management and Negotiation Tactics

· Wide range know-how in Supplier Management and Supplier Relationship

· Good understanding of Contract Management

· Strong Project Management and Communication skills

· Experience in working in international environments and managing Stakeholders of varying Management Levels

Other preferred skills:

· Self-motivated individual with passion towards state-of-the-art computer vision technologies.

· Strong written and oral communications skills, Clear communication skills (English); Knowledge of German language would be an advantage.

· Embodies and inculcates organization values and creates a learning culture to self and others in the team.

· Ability to work effectively within a team structure as well as being a strong individual contributor.

· Ability to effectively interface with and brief technical solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Masters/Doctorate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with specialization in Procurement minimum +Years.

· 3-5 years of work experience in a matrix organization preferably with a global presence
