This role will be a combination of Business Analysis & Sales Operations. Below are the few pointers on the key job responsibilities:

- Supporting Sales & Client Executives (SE/CE) and Sales Leaders in putting together win strategy for competition renewals (using ISG)
- Outside-In analysis of the accounts and providing insights to CXO's thought process
- Technology Research
- taking into consideration the current market trends
- Well versed with market reserach & analysys portals
- Gartner; ISG; IDC; Frost & Sullivan, Thomson Reuters; S&P Global etc.
- Preparing customer and industry specific decks ( by leveraging NTT group cos and Opcos)
- Competition analysis and SWOT
- Preparing sales specific Battlecard (decks) on peers/competitors and technology landscape
- Sales Operations:

- Reporting Weekly cadences with respective Sales Leaders on Sales Pipeline ; Sales Forecast; Sales Activities; HeatMaps
- Pro in MS Excel and should be able to paly with data and provide analytical recommendations based on the findings
- Well versed in using Salesforce CRM tool to run reports as needed
- Managing Client India visit on ad-hoc basis
- Work with marketing on client specific campaigns
