We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our day shift team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and generate potential leads.
  • Conduct data enrichment to gather detailed information about prospects.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential clients.

Client Outreach:

  • Reach out to identified leads through email, phone, and social media.
  • Introduce and pitch our digital services to potential clients.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with interested clients.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor pitches to address their specific requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client engagement process.

Sales Pitching:

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Showcase in-depth knowledge of our digital services and their benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities and results.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on lead quality and conversion rates.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Strong data enrichment skills to gather detailed prospect information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pitch digital services effectively and close deals.
  • Analytical skills to track and report on sales performance.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during day shifts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
