Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our day shift team and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and generate potential leads.
- Conduct data enrichment to gather detailed information about prospects.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients.
Client Outreach:
- Reach out to identified leads through email, phone, and social media.
- Introduce and pitch our digital services to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with interested clients.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor pitches to address their specific requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client engagement process.
Sales Pitching:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of our digital services and their benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on lead quality and conversion rates.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Strong data enrichment skills to gather detailed prospect information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pitch digital services effectively and close deals.
- Analytical skills to track and report on sales performance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during day shifts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
