Job Overview

Rising Infra is seeking a General Manager Sales at a mid-level position to join their dynamic team. This full-time role is located in Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Delhi, and Greater Noida. Candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in sales strategy, team leadership, and business development, and be well-versed in customer relationship management and market analysis.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales management within the real estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development and implementation (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong team leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating sales teams (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated success in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive experience in customer relationship management, with a focus on long-term engagement.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop both long-term and short-term sales strategies.
  • Expert in market analysis, with an ability to interpret complex market data to inform decision-making.
  • Effective negotiation skills, with a history of securing favorable contracts and deals.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with overall company strategies.
