What you will be doing:

As an account executive within our team, you will play a 360 role in the identification, growth, and maintenance of assigned accounts, focused on EMEA & APAC regions. In this role, you will be focused on identifying business partners interested in our Respiratory Solutions portfolio, articulating our encompassing value proposition, and securing their commitment to support their clinical trials. In this role, you will be part of a highly functioning commercial team and will be required to support overall team efforts in all geographies, when required. Within this position, you will have responsibilities for (but may not be limited to):

Taking responsibility for the proactive identification, development, and management of new/existing accounts within assigned territories.

Serving as the key point of contact for assigned accounts.

Arranging and delivering dynamic presentations, demonstrations, and site visits with current and prospective clients.

Taking responsibility to drive timely, complete, and encompassing RFP and RFI responses from prospective & current partners and clients.

Secure contractional positions with sponsors, negotiating MSA’s and Rate Cards.

Organize, coordinate, and lead the delivery of dynamic bid presentation to customers, partnering with key internal stakeholders, ensuring the right subject matter experts attend the meeting.

Actively develop and maintain robust strategic commercial accounts plans, documenting pipeline development efforts and forecasting sales attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to enhance references and stimulate market share growth within established customer base.

Collaborating with other business units as part of Clario Strategic Alliances efforts to leverage sales channels to increase the sale of products and services.

Managing time and resources effectively to meet territory sales objectives.

Working in accordance with Clario Sales methodologies & established company policies and procedures.

40-60% travel for client / business meetings & conferences / other business activity as required.

What we look for:

Demonstrable experience in identifying and developing new & existing accounts on an international scale.

Excellent knowledge of the overall pharmaceutical development process and expert knowledge related to the clinical research lifecycle & clinical trials processes.

A great collaborator with a track record of building successful partnerships with both internal & external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.

Demonstrable experience & the ability to interact with people across all professional levels inclusive of C-suite & executive professionals (VP, CEO, COO, CFO etc).

Demonstrable success in achieving large quotas.

BSc, MSc, PhD in a subject related to the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science industry is highly desirable.

Experience working within a Healthcare Technology / Clinical Research / Pharmaceutical or SaaS focused organisation is highly desirable.

An educational or professional background in the area of Respiratory Diseases with demonstrable expert knowledge is highly desirable

Previous experience working with Respiratory Solutions, Medical Devices / eCOA / ePRO / IRT / RTSM / eConsent / Medical Imaging or other Clinical / eClinical / Healthcare Technology solutions is highly desirable
