BroadResponsibility in Brief:
You will be responsible for coordinating theresolution of highest-level customer technical issues within eMobility productportfolio in India. The role will require the ability to analyze both hardwareand software logic errors, engage with development engineering, directlyinteract with end users/customers, and assemble teams that will drive issues toquick resolution.
You will require field travel and work across India.It is expected you would gain the level of competencies required to act as theexpert for issue resolution and independently resolve field-issues. Theposition will directly report to Head of Portfolio in eMobility Business inIndia.
Fulfilling service contract obligations anddocuments events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance
Assisting in troubleshooting and developingsolutions to support the eMobility service projects
Carrying out operational and fault diagnosticson hardware and software, this also includes the systematic testing andanalysis of the charging processes,
Fulfilling service contract obligations anddocuments events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance,
Document professional all incident andresolution reports for customer and supplier communication
Interface with R&D and Product team to solvecomplex problems and feedback product improvements
What weare looking for
Atleast 3 years experience in field services Havingexperience in Installation & Commissioning or Project Management Experiencein the preparation of the technical documentation and reports Previousexperience in any of the fields would be an advantage: EV chargers /Telecommunication Industry/ UPS/ Battery/ PV – Solar Industry and understandingof OCPP protocols Bachelor’sdegree in Electric & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering orrelevant fields Verygood command of English Proficiencyin MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel) Analyticalthinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skillsare required competenciesWE’VE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER.
