Job description:

The Digital Solution Lead is responsible for the definition of the digital solution requirement and manages the complete life cycle of the digital solution from ideation to evolution and decommissioning.

- Throughout the Stage Gate Model contribute to the Ideate phase and lead the Validation, Development and Deployment of Seeq digital solutions.

- Ensure end-users are well involved at each relevant stage and lead Change Management processes to achieve successful end-user adoption of the digital solutions

- Contribute to the preparation and review of functional specifications.

- Liaise with the Product Lifecycle Data Team, SME (Subject Matter Expert) and ASI (Asset Surveillance and Intelligence) to ensure the development and deployment of the solutions as per the functional specification.

- Responsible for continuous improvement and for the roadmap of the Seeq digital solutions during the entire product lifecycle.

- Prepare business case and project execution plan and ensure the development and deployment are executed as per budget and planning

- Contribute to definition of best practices on the use of Seeq.

- Report progress to Global Digital Solutions Manager

Job requirements:

EDUCATION

• Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering Diploma

• At least 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
• Ability to lead through collaboration with effective stakeholder management
• Able to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of teams


FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of Oil & Gas industry, familiar with FPSO technology is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Seeq
• Proficient knowledge of Seeq Data Lab & Python language
• Passionate about technology and digital
• Knowledge of Aveva PI OSISOFT products is a plus

• Knowledge of Scrum Agile methodologies is a plus
