THE ROLE

OPPORTUNITES You will work with internal teams to understand product documentationrequirements. You will create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals. You will write straight-forward user tutorials and interface text. You will utilize a variety of media forms; include images and charts. You will analyze current content and make improvements as necessary. You will analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. You will build and maintain business and technical documentation guides using Madcap Flare. SKILLS You should have minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in technical writing preferably in software organization. You should have hands-on experience on Madcap Flare, Robohelp, Oxygen XML, or any other authoring tools. You should have excellent communication skills - written and verbal. You should have knowledge of the BFSI domain and good team player. You should be flexible/adaptable with ability to set and manage multiple priorities. You should have Knowledge of SVN/GIT/Collabnet or any versioning software preferred. You should be able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. VALUES Care about transforming the Banking landscape.
