Requirements

BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, and/or Graphic Design. 3-4 years of proven UI experience with a strong portfolio. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Proficiency in User Research and Personas. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Good communication skills and an ability to work in a team.
