Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for design, usability, and
functionality to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient with Figma, has experience using
design systems like Chakra UI, and is familiar with modern design best practices. You will work
closely with our product and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly
interfaces for web and mobile applications. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional user
experiences and have a keen sense of aesthetics, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and provide an excellent user
experience.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to
translate requirements into interactive designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries using tools like
Chakra UI.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and
improve overall user experience.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools to continually elevate our
design standards.
• Provide design assets and specifications for development, ensuring seamless
handoff and efficient implementation.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a UI/UX designer, preferably in a digital product
or Saa S environment.
• Figma Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Figma, including creating and
managing design systems, components, and prototypes.
• Chakra UI: Familiarity with Chakra UI or similar component-based design libraries.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout,
and responsive design.
• User Research: Experience in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and
iterating based on insights.
• Tools & Software: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator),
Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with
the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality
work and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex design problems and create intuitive,
user-centered solutions.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with other UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind CSS).
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, Java Script) for
effective collaboration with developers.
• Experience in usability testing tools and analytics platforms like Hotjar, Google
Analytics, or similar.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Animation and Interaction Design: Skills in creating interactive and animated
prototypes using tools like Framer, Principle, or After Effects to enhance user engagement.
