OverviewThe Manager ofProcurement plays a crucial role in the organizations operations byoverseeing the procurement process and ensuring the effectivesourcing of goods and services to meet the companys needs. Thisrole is essential in maintaining costefficiency quality and supplycontinuity.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Procurementof best quality materials economically within stipulated deliveryperiod.
  • Responsiblefor the procurement of Solar Equipment such as Electronicelectrical EPC services I& C Solar Modules Street LightSolar Water Pump module mounting Structureetc.
  • Prepare theschedule for project and planning the materials procurement as perdelivery / completion ofproject.
  • Preparing ofcosting sheet for tenders as well as after receiving of customerorder for evaluations of expenses and profitability of theproject.
  • Workingtowards vendor identification vendor evaluation visiting &monitoring supplierprogress.
  • Developingsufficient number of reliable and reputed source of supply fordifferent itemsrequired.
  • Budgetingfunds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimumutilization of materials and maximum costsaving.
  • Responsiblefor all Techno & dash Commercial discussion &negotiations and issuance of Purchase Order with Vendor /Suppliers.
  • Costreduction by introducing alternate vendor / supplier maintainingthe qualityaspects.
  • On ProjectAwardResourceManagement
  • Coordinatewith Design & Engineering for Document/ Drawing submissionand Approval.
  • VendorManagement and relationship by supplied quality assurance for newdevelopment.
  • Arrangethe product/items with Quality cost and timelydelivery.
  • Coordinationand actively engaged with project site team for Installation& commissioning quality assurance of GRN &confirmation of quality of received materials and stockupdating.
  • Prepare thedelivery Schedule for all projects for timelydelivery.
  • Activelyprepare the cash flow by directed all plant or sites procurementfunction.
  • Evaluationand Costing for the bidding the various solarprojects.
  • Activelyparticipate in Project Planning andcontrol.
  • CommercialNegotiation with vendors and suppliers for cost saving best qualityand timely delivery of thegoods.

Qualifications/Experience
  1. MinimumBachelors inEngineering
  2. Minimum 3to 5 years of experience restricted to solar or electricalinfrastructure.
  3. Goodinterpersonal and communicationskills.
  4. Technocommercialpersonnel
