Job Title - AGM-Business Development

CTC: 9,00,000 to 12,00,000

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Experience: 5-7 Years

Notice Period: Upto 30 Days


Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Revenue and margin Responsible for meeting residential sales targets for the entire region as well as meeting sales targets for each sales member reporting to AGM

Cross Functional Requirements

o Finance - Interact with the Finance team to ensure that data/ information on the Sales pipeline and collections are correctly reflected. Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time against every project milestone. Report deviations to the Sales Head and resolve them in a timely manner.

o Operations team Support Ops Team with the client and project-related information as per company process

o Marketing Work with the marketing team to optimize marketing campaigns by city/region to maximize deal conversion and order bookings; Ensure that all marketing leads being assigned to the sales/CP team are followed up

Market intelligence Regularly gather competitor intelligence from Sales/CP team and prepare recommendations for a company.

MIS Responsibilities - Prepare and report sales data regularly to the Sales Head


Must-Have:

Minimum 4 Years of experience in networking and relationship management with clients

5-7 years of experience including at least 2 years of Managerial experience

At least 1 year of experience in the solar sector is a plus; prior experience in the retail segment is also a plus

Ability to manage and motivate sales managers as well as channel partners.


Other Requirements & Expectations:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must
  • Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • MBA and/or B-Tech are preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
