Experience: 23 Years of Experience in managing Payroll of amanufacturing company.
Purpose of Job:We are seeking an experiencedHR Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for accurately processing the organizations payroll ina timely manner while ensuring compliance with all relevantregulations and internal policies. The HR Payroll Specialist willhandle a variety of payrollrelated tasks including calculatingwages preparing reports resolving payroll discrepancies andmaintaining accurate payroll records. Additionally the candidatewill collaborate with other HR team members to address employeeinquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Rolesand Responsibilities:1.Process biweekly or monthlypayroll accurately and on time using payroll software.2. Calculate wages deductions andwithholdings ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant lawsand regulations. 3. Maintain payroll recordsand ensure data integrity by regularly updating employeeinformation tax withholding statuses and other payrollrelateddetails. 4. Generate payroll reportsincluding earnings statements tax filings and other relevantdocumentation for internal and external stakeholders.5. Sharing as whenrequired compliance andpayroll documents/details to our clientele.6. Collaborate with HR and financedepartments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve anyissues promptly. 7. Stay updated on changesto payroll laws and regulations/factories and other actsimplementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.8. Assist in administering employee benefitsprograms including enrolment changes and terminations.9. Provide exceptional customer service byaddressing employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll taxesand benefits.
