Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP CS Consultant with strongexpertise in Project Management to join our dynamic team. As apivotal member of our SAP implementation projects you will beresponsible for leading and delivering SAP CS solutions thatenhance our clients customer service operations. The idealcandidate should have extensive experience in SAP CS modules with asolid background in project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend implementation of SAP CS modules includingservice contracts service order management warranty management andservice execution.
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather business requirements and translate theminto functional specifications.
  • Configure andcustomize SAP CS to meet clientspecific needs and optimize businessprocesses.
  • Conduct workshops training sessionsand provide postimplementation support to endusers.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved within scopebudget and timeline constraints.
  • Manageproject resources timelines and deliverableseffectively.
  • Provide expertise and guidance tojunior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systemsor related field.
  • 6.5 to 9 years of handsonexperience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
  • Proven experience in managing SAP projects with a focuson customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in SAPCS functionalities including integration with other SAPmodules.
  • Excellent understanding of projectmanagement methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders atall levels.
  • SAP certifications (e.g. SAPCertified Application Associate) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
