Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP CS Consultant with strong expertise in Project Management to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our SAP implementation projects you will be responsible for leading and delivering SAP CS solutions that enhance our clients customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP CS modules with a solid background in project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend implementation of SAP CS modules including service contracts service order management warranty management and service execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP CS to meet clientspecific needs and optimize business processes.
  • Conduct workshops training sessions and provide postimplementation support to endusers.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope budget and timeline constraints.
  • Manage project resources timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  • 6.5 to 9 years of handson experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
  • Proven experience in managing SAP projects with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP CS functionalities including integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP certifications (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
