ResponsibilitiesSelfmanage portfolio developments and launches to time cost andquality as outlined in the RACI Translatebusiness requirements into operational impact and align withassociated systems architecture as defined by the solutiondesign Create and maintain key reports anddocumentation ensuring effective collaboration by producing outputconsistent with agreed format and frequencyInstigate and manage operational relationships covering allfunctions involved in the journey throughout LBGUPS. Ensure allrequirements risks and issues are captured and understood by allrelevant stakeholders and ultimately secure operational agreementto support project launch Be fullyaccountable for the creation of ARIS Connect product models andupdates required throughout project delivery. Be responsible foridentifying the necessary supporting procedures and ensure they areseemlessly linked to your process Identifyand facilitate operational training requirements to ensure GoldUsers are fully equipped with the necessary knowledge to upskillthe remaining team supporting the function Proactively review and agree a test strategy to build confidencethroughout the project. Facilitate both Prototyping and UserAcceptance Test (UAT) opportunities and communicate outputconcisely and effectively. Provide ORT consultancy ensuringeffective operational scheduling and support. Monitor resolution ofany technical and operational defects or noncompliances throughoutthe project to ensure overall status is fullyunderstood
