We’re looking for someone who has always loved sales and gets a high when a deal is cracked. You think and breathe revenue all the time. Your role is to win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned accounts.

As an Account Manager, you represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners. You may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.

A day in your role will involve any of the following (or a combination):
  • Establishing productive relationships with key people in assigned accounts.
  • Coordinating involvement of company folks, including support, operations and technology resources, to meet performance objectives and expectations.
  • Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating the account(s) needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Managing potential account conflicts by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to rules of engagement.
  • Leading solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary departments/personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with account agreements.
  • Driving adoption of company programs among assigned accounts.
  • Contributing to building a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Love thinking broadly about how to crack sales deals by getting into the other person’s mind and influencing them to crack sales deals
  • Are totally obsessed with large deal sizes and can establish connections with folks who can help you with the same.
  • Love interacting with people and can communicate very well in both English and Hindi (compulsory). Obviously a plus if you know other languages.
  • Excited for a front-row seat into a fast growing company and hungry to make your mark from day 0.
  • Can drive teams from behind and inspire them to perform well with contagious energy.
  • You have a growth mindset, can keep up with the latest trends in your area and and suggest enhancements based on these
  • Most importantly, you’re the kind of person who is friendly, approachable, ready to help others and personally keen to put your best foot forward in any situation.
  • Should be able to function independently with minimal supervision, a real self-motivated person who doesn't need to be prodded to perform.

Technically these are some of the things we would like for you to have to be able to contribute effectively in this kind of a position:
  • Four year technical college degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of account management experience in a business- to-business sales environment (IoT, IIoT, Software, IT, OT).
