Claim Creation Associate

Manual claims creation Team primarily works on document initiating the claim creation process that is First Notice of Loss (FNOL) serving as the foundational basis for all subsequent claim-related activities. Team processes claims according to established procedures and timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements also evaluates claims to determine coverage and eligibility based on policy terms and company guidelines and maintains confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive claim information.
YOUR RESPONSIBILTY
•Manual claims creation of travel claims & Health claims (non-e-claims) in ABS with the correct product class. •Prior-claim check •Processing claim information into the company's database or claims management system accurately and efficiently. •evaluating claims to determine coverage and eligibility based on policy terms and company guidelines • •In addition to your completed education, you ideally have professional experience in the insurance industry or have already gained experience in accounting. •You are familiar with the use of a computer •Excel at user or Intermediate level •You are quick to familiarize yourself with new programs and processes •You have an affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills •German level B2-C1 written and spoken, is a must. •English Level B2 written & spoken and further language skills would be beneficial. •Your strengths include communication and the ability to work in a teamAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
