Job Overview


Monk Studios, a leading Branding, Marketing, and PR agency specializing in F&B brands in Bengaluru, is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media metrics. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and engagement
  • Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and implement improvements based on insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Track and report on key social media metrics and campaign performance
