About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

·Serving as a member of the investment banking team at Evalueserve

· Supporting bankers in several critical research tasks, including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company / M&A screening, and newsletter preparation

·Preparing pitch books, industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers’ outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers’ valuation multiples, and possible buyer / seller opportunities.

·Working independently on complex projects

·Delivering error-free projects and client communications

·Creating and maintaining databases

What we’re looking for:

·About 2-5 years of work experience

. Strong accounting and finance skill

. Good MS Office skills

. Knowledge of databases such as FactSet, ThomsonONE, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to ensure timely completion of taskswithin areas of responsibility.
