We are looking for a Senior Software Developer - Architect Lead to join the Physical Development team at De La Rue. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Business owner/ Technical Architect to get clarity on the proposed solution.
  • Preparing High-level and Low-level design document
  • Document low-level technical details of developed functionality.
  • Assign tasks to the development team and mentor them for any clarification.
  • Perform code reviews and work on critical module.
  • Performs unit testing of the written code.
  • Support UAT and PROD deployments.
  • Managing, mentoring & encouraging team to be more productive & proactive
  • Created user stories and tasks in the scrum dashboard.

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full Time

Base location: Bangalore, India

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of total software development experience.
  • Experience in product development and process implementation.
  • Demonstrable Experience in a similar role
  • Problem solving skills to help support the product development and factory teams.
  • Proven successful Project Execution
  • Market Awareness
  • Desire to drive change  and take responsibility.
  • Strong team skills with ability to work closely with other functions within the business to achieve targets.
  • Highly motivated to succeed.
