Role& KeyResponsibilities:
Role:Draft and review contractual agreements Work Orders and ChangeOrders between Client and suppliers of products or services.Support the project management team to ensure that projectcontractual requirements are clear and adhered to throughout theproject lifecycle
Dutiesinclude
Preparationof RFP evaluating bids preparing contracts and negotiatingtermsDraft and review contractual businesspartnership agreementsNegotiate establishand administer contractual arrangements and procurementproposals.Evaluate and monitor contractorperformance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions ofcontracts and compliance to contractualobligations.Analyze and approves or rejectinternal and/or contractor requests for deviations from contractspecifications and deliveryschedules.Analyze price proposals financialreports and other data to determine reasonableness of prices;review and interpret contract provisions to achieve costefficiencies and reductions wherefeasible.Assess contractor service value andvendor s product/service reliability relative to cost; planorganize and coordinate acquisition alternatives asappropriate.Ensure compliance with contractspecifications and resolution of problems and issues as they arise;arbitrate claims or complaints occurring in performance ofcontracts.Continually monitor and evaluatecontractor performance against contract specifications andrecommend appropriate remedial action asnecessary.Formulate develop and reviseprocurement related policies procedures and strategies forClient.Possess an Understanding of thebusiness case and appreciation of financial/analytical issues andprofit and loss implications and a very high level of commercialawarenessResponsible for Change ManagementProcess. Support the project management teamto ensure that project contractual requirements are clear andadhered to throughout the project lifecycle.Support Sales and Business managementteams in contractual discussions. Framing agreements MOU s andgetting it signed / executed with businesspartners.
