Good knowledge on Project PlanningProject Scheduling (MS Project/ MS Excel) Project Status reportingCost Reporting Monitoring & Expediting.

SAP (Preferred)

Good Oral and written communication

Roles &Responsibilities:

1. Working in closecoordination with project managers & project teams right fromproject conceptualization till commissioning.

2.Ensuring compliance to requirements of project planning &scheduling progress & cost monitoring progress reportingexecution coordination and capex closures.

3.Organizing meetings with all project stake holders (internal &external) and subsequently documenting all actionable pointsincluding following up for its compliance.

4.Releasing of various planning documents viz. EPC schedules EPCtracker Progress Reports Presentations Site Progress Pictures onDaily Weekly and

Monthly basis based on therequirement of the Project highlighting Progress Status andConcerns to all Project Stake Holders.

5.Coordinating with crossfunctional teams consultants vendors &contractors on continuous basis for Project Progress/Status toensure adherence of project commitments.

6.Coordinating with SAP Team for resolving system issues being facedby Project team members.

7. Releasing CloseoutReports & other required documentation for Ontimecapitalization and commercial closure of completedprojects.
