In coordination withthe PM/CM routinely interfaces with senior client managementregarding program planning and execution. Frequently interfaces andcoordinates with Project Manager Engineering Procurement andConstruction Management in developing schedules budgets andmonitoringperformance. Create and implementproject controls plan to support contract requirements and thesuccessful execution of projectcontrols. Conducts interactiveplanning (IAP) meetings and program/project status briefings forinternal and externalrepresentatives/stakeholders. Develop and maintainresource loaded P6 projectschedule. Develop &implement intermediate milestones for critical packages to managetimely delivery. Monitor analyze andreport on progress cost and schedule variances andforecasts. Flags significantprojected overruns orunderruns. Analyze cost andschedule impact based on RFIs/ChangeOrders. Analyze and evaluateproject status and recommend correctiveactions. Familiar with hightechor other fastbased building construction. Knowledge of Indianstatutory requirements & documentation for all projectstages. Comply with companypolicies and procedures on theproject. Effectivelycommunicate and working closely with the project team clientsubconsultants and maincontractors. Heres What YouNeed B.Tech. in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 14 to 16 years of experience in designengineering consulting organization. At least 7 years of experienceon medium to large EPCm/PMC industrial Projects as PCM or ProjectControls role. Competent to useProject Tools such as Primavera(P6) & Microsoft Project alongwith the normal requirements for Office intermediate to advancedexcel knowledge. Experience on EcoSys will be an addedadvantage.
