Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimising Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our Middle East clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, documenting the requirements, provide expert advice, deliver CRP, Training sessions and deliver tailored HCM solutions that drive organizational efficiency and performance.

Mandatory Skills Required & Key Responsibilities To be Delivered :
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys, Core HR, Absences and Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor for all Middle East region.
  • Any other module knowledge like Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management is an additional benefit.
  • Fast formula: Mandatory knowledge of fast formulas are required for absence and Payroll module. Should be able to write medium to complex fast formulas in payroll.
  • Should have exposure of working with clients having multiple entities with multi country presence.
  • Should have experience of implementing Absences and Payroll for maximum of Middle East countries e.g. UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar. Kuwait. Should have knowledge of Gratuity and Pension deductions etc as per above countries legislation.
  • Should have cross functional knowledge eg between HCM and Finance from the payroll perceptive.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions that align with their business processes, and configure the system to meet those needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Should have basic knowledge on data migration, custom alerts, BI Publisher.
  • Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and operation of the HCM solution.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for optimising their HCM processes and leveraging the full potential of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and updates, and proactively identify opportunities for clients to enhance their systems.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 3-4 end to end implementation.
    • Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in HCM data migration, reporting, and integration with other systems.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and security.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements
