We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM SeniorConsultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play acritical role in implementing and optimising Oracle Fusion HCMsolutions for our Middle East clients. You will work closely withclients to understand their business needs documenting therequirements provide expert advice deliver CRP Training sessionsand deliver tailored HCM solutions that drive organizationalefficiency andperformance.

MandatorySkills Required & Key Responsibilities To be Delivered:
  • Implementation& Configuration: Lead the endtoend implementationof Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Oracle Recruiting CloudJourneys Core HR Absences and Payroll Oracle Time and Labor for allMiddle East region.
  • Any other moduleknowledge like Talent Management Learning Management CompensationManagement is an additionalbenefit.
  • Fastformula: Mandatory knowledge of fast formulas arerequired for absence and Payroll module. Should be able to writemedium to complex fast formulas inpayroll.
  • Should haveexposure of working with clients having multiple entities withmulti countrypresence.
  • Shouldhave experience of implementing Absences and Payroll for maximum ofMiddle East countries e.g. UAE KSA Oman Bahrain Qatar. Kuwait.Should have knowledge of Gratuity and Pension deductions etc as perabove countrieslegislation.
  • Shouldhave cross functional knowledge eg between HCM and Finance from thepayrollperceptive.
  • SolutionDesign: Collaborate with clients to gather requirementsdesign solutions that align with their business processes andconfigure the system to meet thoseneeds.
  • TechnicalExpertise: Should have basic knowledge on data migrationcustom alerts BIPublisher.
  • Training& Support: Conduct user training sessions andprovide postimplementation support to ensure smooth adoption andoperation of the HCMsolution.
  • ClientEngagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clientsoffering strategic insights and recommendations for optimisingtheir HCM processes and leveraging the full potential of OracleFusionHCM.
  • Documentation:Develop comprehensive project documentation including designspecifications configuration guides and usermanuals.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Stay up to date with the latest OracleFusion HCM features and updates and proactively identifyopportunities for clients to enhance theirsystems.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology BusinessAdministration or a relatedfield.
  • Experience:
    • Minimumof 58 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations with atleast 34 end to endimplementation.
    • Proven track recordof leading multiple fullcycle Oracle Fusion HCMimplementations.
  • TechnicalSkills:
    • Proficient in HCM datamigration reporting and integration with othersystems.
    • Strong understanding ofOracle Cloud architecture andsecurity.
  • SoftSkills:
    • Excellent communicationpresentation and clientfacingskills.
    • Strong problemsolvingabilities and attention todetail.
    • Ability to workindependently and lead crossfunctionalteams.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCMimplementations, with at least 3-4 end to end implementation.Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle Oracle FusionHCM implementations. Technical Skills: Proficient in HCM datamigration, reporting, and integration with other systems. Strongunderstanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and security. SoftSkills: Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facingskills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.Location: Pune/Chennai
