Job Overview


We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our renewable energy projects and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for clean energy and a strong sales mindset.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
