Head Security Jamkhani - Coal

Mines

(Aluminium)

Roles & Responsibility:Responsible for engaging with various stakeholders including business partners and ensure conductive atmosphere for smooth business operationsResponsible for understanding local environment and develop cordial relations with local community tactfullyResponsible for digitization of mine security systemMaintaining both intra and inter environment neutrality w.r.t emerging threats in the area of business and execute key projects and policy implementationsAssess the operational needs and prepare roadmap for infrastructural development of Mine gate and Mine fencingDesign security policy, SOPs for effective deployment for security coverManagement staffing requirement-direct or indirect security staffCreate and maintain an impeccable security vigilance system to proactively understand social issues for addressing before they become a nuisance

Candidate Profile:60% and above throughout academic careerBachelor’s degree along with experience in industrial securityA minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in plant security or related roles, preferably within the Mining industry or a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to drive change and improvement initiatives, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
