Key Responsibilities for this role are:

Process Standardization at APAC Driving strategies across sites Liaise for on-boarding new sites Conduct Trainings Stabilization of new businesses Sharing of best practices/innovations. Monitoring Regional Performance & governance Analysis of underperformed areas and boosting site teams Data Mining and Management Client Relationship Management Collaborating and Working with Cross functional teams Governing site Monthly and Quarterly performance review meetings. Conducting & monitoring Hub / Lot level internal & external performance reviews Effective monitoring and tracking of Regional & Site KPIs Conducting Townhalls and Knowledge sharing meetings Internal and External Sharepoint Management Monitoring and Governing JCAP Compliance scores

Making Clients our priority

Primary stakeholders for this role are the Client Contract Performance Managers. The ideal person for this job is one who always considers what’s best for our Client. As such, you’ll maintain a strong and positive relationship with the Client by identifying and supporting their needs, requirements and constraints.

Skillfully developing and maintaining good relationships with the JLL Account Regional, Hub and Country teams is a must so that we win together; we achieve our biggest success when working together, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and teamwork.

We are looking for a seasoned expert with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, finance, mathematics or statistics with 10+ years of experience in Contract Management, Finance or MIS. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a pre-requisite as is the ability to effectively coordinate and handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
