About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

·Serving as a member of theinvestment banking team at Evalueserve·Supporting bankers in severalcritical research tasks, including the following:Working on comparable companyanalysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company / M&Ascreening, and newsletter preparationPreparing pitch books,industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers’outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers’ valuationmultiples, and possible buyer / selleropportunities·Maintaining efficiency in ·Working independently oncomplex projects·Delivering error-freeprojects and client communications·Creating and maintainingdatabases·Allocating projects to teammembers depending on their industry expertise and skills and resolving theirproject-related queries·Performing quality checks onclient deliverables·Training and guidingjunior and new analysts and other team members

What we’re looking for:

About 8-10 years of work experience·Supportinvestment banking firms on various products, such as pitch books, benchmarkinganalysis, company comparables, precedent transaction analysis, databases,screening, industry studies, ad-hoc research, etc.·Handle responsibilities such as allocating work, running qualitychecks on deliverables, training and guiding team members, maintainingefficiency, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and internalclient communication·Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the abilityto manage multiple projects and prioritizing them·Strong strategic management capabilities with highly developedanalytical and problem solving skills and the ability to develop innovativesolutions·Provide effective, constructive, timely, and objective feedbackto team members for their overall grooming and development · Handle ad hoc research and recurring requests as per client requirements
