Cloud InfrastructureManagement:

  • Deploymanage and maintain cloud resources (e.g. virtual machines storagenetworks) in AWS Cloud.
  • Implementand manage infrastructure as code solutions using tools likeCloudFormation.
  • Ensure highavailability and performance of cloudinfrastructure.
  • Implement and managemonitoring tools to track the health performance and capacity ofcloud resources.
  • Analyze monitoringdata to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimizeresource utilization.
  • Implement andenforce security policies and procedures to protect cloudinfrastructure and data to meet industry standardcompliance.
  • Ensure compliance withrelevant industry standards andregulations.
  • Automate routine tasksand processes using scripts.
  • Developand maintain infrastructure automation scripts andtools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolvecloud infrastructure issues in a timely and efficientmanner.
  • Work within the technicalteam & other teams to identify and resolve complextechnical problems.
  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate documentation of cloud infrastructure andprocesses.
  • Share knowledge andexpertise with other teammembers.

ServerAdministration:

  • Linux/Windows Server Administration andManagement.
  • Knowledge ofLinux/Windows Panels (cPanel WHMPlesk)
  • Installing configuring andmaintaining various types of servers (physical and virtual) basedon specific needs. This may involve setting up operating systemsuser accounts security measures andapplications.
  • Keeping a watchful eyeon server performance metrics like CPU usage memory storage andnetwork activity. Identifying and troubleshooting any performancebottlenecks or issues that could impact system uptime and userexperience.
  • Implementing andmaintaining robust security protocols to safeguard server systemsfrom unauthorized access malware and other threats. Establishingregular backup procedures to ensure data recovery in case of systemfailures.
  • Diagnosing and resolvingserver hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and ensuresmooth operation.
  • Collaborating withendcustomers to resolve serverrelated problems and answer technicalquestions on the helpdesktickets.
  • Deliverables will includeticket ownership response resolution and update and handleescalated tickets from variouslevels.
  • Ensure adherence to customerSLAs across alllevels

Requirements

Preferredcandidateprofile

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield (or equivalentexperience).
  • Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in cloud administration preferably with Cloud Platform(e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
  • Provenexperience in provisioning managing and troubleshooting cloudresources.
  • Proven Experience andknowledge of Linux/Windows Panels (cPanel WHMPlesk)
  • Strong understanding of cloudsecurity principles and bestpractices.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Ability towork independently and as part of a collaborative teamenvironment.
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
  • Webhosting backgroundpreferred


Bachelor's degree in , Information Technology, or a related field(or equivalent experience) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in acustomer success or account management role Proven track record ofbuilding and maintaining strong client relationships Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM softwarea plus Deep understanding of the IT industry (a plus)
