Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Equity Research Analyst for our Mumbai location, engaging in full-time employment. The role requires performing detailed financial analysis, developing valuation models, and conducting extensive industry research. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, market research, and presentation skills while working collaboratively within our dynamic team.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Financial Analysis (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated experience in analyzing financial statements and investment opportunities to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  • Industry Research (Mandatory skill) - Ability to conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and economic factors that influence market conditions.
  • Valuation Modeling (Mandatory skill) - Skilled in creating valuation models to determine the financial value of businesses across various sectors.
  • Financial Modeling - Proven capability in building financial models to forecast and assess financial performance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements and business earnings reports to generate investment insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial and valuation models for various industries and companies.
  • Perform industry-specific research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing the findings of data analysis and market research.
  • Collaborate with the core team to provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor economic and financial trends impacting investment sectors and advising on strategic responses.
  • Prepare and give presentations to communicate research findings to colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations affecting investment practices and compliance obligations.
