The Inside Salesunder the direction of the Inside Sales Manger will primarily beresponsible to always maintain professionalism tact diplomacy andsensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. Thisposition will maintain a high level of product and serviceknowledge. This role will also generate customer sales through coldcalling and networking. The Inside Sales must possess three yearsof related sales experience and degree or diploma in a business orsalesrelatedfield.

Always maintainprofessionalism tact diplomacy and sensitivity to portray thecompany in a positive manner

Maintain a highlevel of product and service knowledge

Generatecustomer sales through cold calling and networking

Promote sales to existing clients

Develop reports and proposals as part of salespresentation to illustrate benefits from use of good or service

Identify and solicit potential clientele

Overcome objections of prospective customers

Adapt communication style in order to deliverinformation effectively to a range of individuals

Build and maintain ongoing awareness of newproducts and services competitor activities and other research

Develop and build relationships with newaccounts and develop additional contacts within existing accounts

Handle customer complaints as they ariseescalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary

Keep uptodate records on sales calls customercontacts and details of meetings in a timely manner in the formatrequired

Relay customer quality improvementsuggestions for company products and services

Conduct sales forecasts and weekly or monthlystatus reports

JobRequirements

Degree ordiploma in a business or salesrelated field and/or three years ofrelated sales experience

Strong knowledge ofsales principles methods practices and techniques

Proven sales ability with capability to meet andsurpass targets and goals

Ability to effectivelycommunicate both verbally and in writing

Abilityto prioritize and manage conflicting demands

Ability to quickly pick up new product andservice knowledge and communicate that knowledge effectively tocustomers

Demonstrated time management skills

Exceptional objectionhandling skills

High flexibility with strong interpersonalskills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment

High level of integrity and work ethic

Valid drivers licence with a clean drivingabstract

Work hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00PM(EST Canada)
