Your Mission: ExceedSales Goals: Implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets, analyzing trends and optimizing pricing and promotions. ChampionCustomer Experience: Cultivate a welcoming and knowledgeable atmosphere, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. MeatMastery: Lead by example, showcasing your meat expertise and ensuring all staff can expertly handle, cut, and present our products. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, ordering, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. TeamLeader: Build a high-performing team, providing motivation, training, and support to empower them to excel. Financial Acumen: Manage budgets effectively, monitor expenses, and contribute to profitability goals. Community Connections: Engage with the local community, building brand awareness and fostering long-lasting relationships. You're a Perfect Fit if You Have: Minimum3-5 years of experience managing a retail store, preferably in the meat industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitability. Superbleadership skills to motivate and empower your team. In-depth knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and hygiene procedures.
