Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts Confidential, Joint Venture, Consortium, Service provider agreements. must have knowledge in Indian Arbitration Act 1996(Amended on 2015 & 2019) and Indian Contract Act 1872. To review Invitation to bids (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and advice business team on key risks Handle litigation and Arbitration and respond to legal notices Interaction with internal teams and external legal counsels Legal research and advisory Standardization of contracts Satisfying various departments of their Legal requirement like drafting, vetting of Documents and agreement like leave and license agreement ,seller purchase agreement etc., documents, suits, application, appeals, writ petition etc., Litigation handling before Various Forum Like High Courts, District Court, Tribunal & other Forum Legal Filings and Documentation: To ensure timely completion and submission of all legal documentation to our Statutory authorities Responsible for embedding legal procedure creating standard procedures throughout the business by supporting financial recoveries. Should have been a part of any arbitration procedure till completion.
