Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Service Delivery Leader –Invoice to Cash
This role requires deep domain skills to be combined with creative models of structuring solutions and the ability to influence customers in terms of maximizing new delivery and solution models. This role requires the person to interact at all levels – Business Development / Commercial Proposals / Solutions / Transition teams.
Will need to have consulting / entrepreneurial skills to help devise working capital programs, execute, implement for clientsand bring in digital knowledge to help create proposals and program.
The person would be responsible for building new solutions for our global clients and prospects (RFP, sole sourced deals, Solution Identifications etc.); work with Practice leaders in Genpact and build new solution offerings in Order to Cash. Will be required to work with customers on specific transformation projects and implement changes across process, policy & technology.
Responsibilities
Ensure all month end activities are completed within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed critical metrics / SLAs targets as applicable
Drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective
Effectively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points
Provide direction and mentorship to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a solid team
Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently
Foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans
Build impactful customer relationships; improve Net Promoter Score. maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth
Balance Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & make sure to strategy
Aggregate and correlate all available information to suggest an important direction for the root cause investigation.
Identify potential customers for recovery and build the recovery process.
Experience in Cash Application to check the company liquidity and applied cash against Invoices or Dispute to check the remittance details of customers and applied accordingly.
Good Understanding of Logistics/3PL/Carrier’s channel and handling Bill of Lading (BOL)/ Proof of Delivery (POD) from multiple Warehouse/Carrier’s and Customers.
Needs to maintain relationship and resolve the dispute if any between internal partners
Review collection reports settling the status of collections and balances outstanding to ensure compliance with the Credit & Collection policy.
Ensure timely resolution of customer / called out issues along with root cause analysis to avoid reoccurrence
Coordinate with multiple customers for repayment against outstanding balance also send reminders (E-Mails/Calls) to get the repayment.
Should facilitate communication/coordination between internal customer group and external carrier contacts to ensure the attainment of service level objectives. Focus efforts on timely pick-up/delivery and overall partner satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal communication and good in coordination with internal/ partners like Sales team, Operation, Customer Category Manager, Customer Business leads.
Perform SWOT Analysis, Due Diligence, Financial Statement to check business impact for new customers.
Should have Analytical and Quantitative approach for multiple Industries, behavior for prospect customers
Analyze data for past due deduction to help the team with recoveries and front end with Sales team to increase the recovery
Coordinate with multiple customers for Project Status, Amendments, changes
Coordination with internal and external partners (Sales/Operation /Finance) for customer support.
Suggest improvements in the dispute patterns and resolution process as well as understanding customer nuances.
Resolve issues with excellent customer service with internal & external customers.
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries efficiently and deftly.
Strong analytical attitude, problem solving and organization skills
Resources from OTC domain and worked on SAP ERP- preferably Dispute Management
Good understanding of upstream and downstream of Collection/Exceptions
Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro level research and analytics approach and good in numbers
