Corporate Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Vice President to join our Company Secretarial team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Sr. Vice President to achieve the long-term strategy and objectives of the COE in order to support the all line of business' global objectives specific to Company Secretarial Services.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to India offices.
- Coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Connecting with the EU teams and identifying areas of improvements and proactively working towards implementing those in India throughout all the Lines of businesses as the need may be.
- Establish control procedures to minimize the occurrence of errors and follow the escalation matrix to ensure that all issues are reported in timely manner.
- Facilitate a culture of innovation and process improvements.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with KPIs and service level agreements.
- Monitor time utilization of the team in terms of deliverables.
- Assist in the provision of company secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
- Being adaptable to new technological changes.
- You are a Company Secretary (must) or have a degree in Law (preferred) with at least 12-14 years of experience in Company Secretarial work.
- You have handled large teams and overviewed their deliverables and processes.
- You are preferably from client industry.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
