As key member of the new HRIS team and under the supervision of the IT Leader for HR, communication and Legal applications, you will oversee and manage several applications from an IT standpoint ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of technology solutions to support our processes and initiatives. Your role will oversee around 15 HR, communication and Legal applications

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business and IT teams to identify and implement enhancements, streamline processes and drive data integrity across the IT ecosystem. You will also serve as the subject matter expert on HR technology advancements and best practices, providing guidance and support to stakeholders. You will oversee and manage the internal and external stakeholders needed for maintenance or projects.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in system maintenance, integrations, and project management. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading HR, communication, Legal or Travel and Leasure applications implementations, system enhancement and upgrades. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT roadmap for those applications, ensuring the effective utilization, simplification and optimal performance of technology solutions
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to identify and implement applications enhancements that streamline processes and improve data integrity
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on HR technology advancements and best practices, keeping abreast of industry trends and recommending innovative solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on HRIS functionality, data analytics, and reporting capabilities
  • Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and data conversions
  • Develop and maintain HRIS data integrity standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal processes or data protection regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies or data quality issues

Profil recherché
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in system maintenance, deployment
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with HR systems
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and data management best practices
  • Proven track record of successfully leading IT implementations, integrations or system upgrades
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
