We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Conversion Developer Consultant with 4-6 years of experience in Data Conversion and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data migration through FBDI templates, data loading/conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL), and has completed 2-3 full lifecycle ERP implementations with a focus on data conversions.

Location:Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad/Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data migration through FBDI (File Based Data Import) templates for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.

Execute data loading/conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders.

Participate in 2-3 full lifecycle ERP implementations, focusing on data conversions.

Work with Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and understand data flow between modules/applications.

Develop and test data conversions for data objects in Oracle Fusion stack using Oracle Data Conversion tools like PLSQL, FBDI, and HDL templates.

Design and develop reconciliation reports using available tools to ensure data accuracy.

Develop conversion templates for source data and assess legacy data requirements. Map legacy data to configuration needs.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of data conversion processes, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation reports.

Optionally, leverage experience in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, Analysis and Dashboard, REST API, and SOAP Webservices to enhance data conversion processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technology ( or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

4-6 years of experience in data conversion and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.

Proficiency in data migration through FBDI templates.

Experience in data loading/conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders.

Completed 2-3 full lifecycle ERP implementations with a focus on data conversions.

Strong understanding of Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and data flow between modules/applications.

Proficiency in Oracle Data Conversion tools like PLSQL, FBDI, and HDL templates.

Ability to develop and test data conversions for data objects in Oracle Fusion stack.

Experience in designing and developing reconciliation reports.

Strong documentation skills for data conversion processes, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation reports.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, Analysis and Dashboard, REST API, and SOAP Webservices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
