Role Description & Opportunities
We’re seeking a Head of Marketing Operations, India to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is a hybrid role, located in Pune, India.
The position of Head of Marketing Operations, India is responsible for the driving the success of marketing operations, priorities, and initiatives across the enterprise. The role will work with the global Marketing & Communications Leadership Team and marketing partners across the world to build out Marketing Operations based in India. The successful candidate must have experience in building and leading a Marketing Operations team globally.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee global Marketing Operations function, setting clear team goals and day-to-day operations.
- Aid in development of marketing campaigns, content, and utilization of central execution services and work & develop Marketing technology.
- Collaborate and maintain strong communication channels with regional India leadership to facilitate seamless enterprise-wide coordination.
- Help senior marketers develop and execute multi-channel Marketing campaigns based on the business’ growth strategy and key segments.
- Work collaboratively across internal marketing teams – marketing operations, brand & design, digital marketing, corporate communications, etc. - to ensure correct processes are in place.
- Build and develop a top performing team, ensuring a culture of action, driving a continuous improvement across the function, and ensuring a fast feedback loop
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Minimum 20+ years of related experience, with background working successfully in a multinational and matrix corporation.
- Ability to counsel and collaborate regularly with business partners, including senior executives, demonstrating a strong business acumen and sound judgement to lead strategic marketing/communications initiatives and cultivate trust.
- Proactive and collaborative problem-solver, with exceptional communications skills, strong attention to detail, a creative mindset, and an experienced champion of diversity of thought and inclusive practices.
- Strong project management skills with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and execute flawlessly with great attention to detail.
- Establishes direction and oversees relationships with creative partners, including agencies, writers, designers, videographers and photographers.
- Advantageous to have experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Sharepoint.
